Sender IDs and Virtual Mobile Numbers supported

You can set a Sender ID, or from address, that will show your company or brand to whomever receives the SMS. It can be made up of any alphanumeric characters and can be up to 11 characters long. You can also receive SMS back to your account with the use of a Virtual Mobile Number (VMN). 

Keep track of your messages statuses

Our API includes the functionality to track when messages have been delivered to the handset in real time. This can be critical to understanding whether important messages have reached their intended recipient. If, for example, the message failed, the issue can be resolved immediately.

As soon as your system sends the message to us, we'll get it out almost instantly.

On top of this, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensure our commitment to 90% of messages being processed with 5 seconds and 95% of messages being processed within 20 seconds. We consistantly exceed these SLAs significantly.
